My sister and I selected Mike Nink for the sale of our late father's home, as he had been the agent for the purchase of my condo. Additionally, he had been a friend of my Dad's. I felt that Mike presented a good plan to sell the property. Mike was professional and patient with our questions. His associate, Sandi Layfield, was very helpful with completing the necessary paperwork online. I would happily recommend them to anyone I might know who is contemplating selling their property or anyone who might be interested in purchasing property here on the Suncoast. Their customer service was excellent and made the process of selling a sentimental piece of property easy.

Mike Nink did an outstanding job selling my condo on Longboat Key. I’ve known Mike for years from St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Church. When it came time to list, I didn’t consider any other agent. Mike was thorough, professional and efficient. He always answered my questions promptly and provided me with the information I needed in our dynamic marketplace.When I had to abruptly fly to Ohio to help my mom after she had a bad fall, Mike became my trusted eyes and ears on the ground. He took care of any concern I had, as he carefully oversaw the condition of my place in my absence. Just recently my wife and I purchased property in Longboat Key through Michael Saunders & Company with the assistance of Michael Nink.We were totally pleased with his representation throughout the whole process. He kept us well informed during every step and we felt comfortable that he looked out for our best interest.
